Supremacy of MAKWEL INDUSTRIES (SAMRAT Thresher)
Total Sheet Metal works are done by the world famous CNC TURRET PUNCH PRESS, a complete computerized operation. Besides, Nibbling, Straightening, CNC Press Break, Shearing, Power Press & Spot Welding machines are also used.
MAKWEL is the first to use Computerized Dynamic Balancing Machine for 'O' balancing the main Rotor to safeguard the life of the SAMRAT Thresher from vibration during operation and the resultant wear & tear.
In MAKWEL alone, stoving color is applied to its thrasher after pre-treatment. It prevents rusting & helps the machine to last a longer period.
The Link System of the sieve is an indigenous design developed by MAKWEL INDUSTRIES. This system ensures perfection in sieving, guarantees long life of the sieve without maintenance. However, the sieve can be welded too.
For frame structuring, Notching, Shearing etc., are done in GEKA, Spain make (Imported) machine.
For spare parts, exact dyes, jigs & fixtures are used for production.
