- Power Drive: The Thresher can be operated by any tractor; minimum requirement is 15 H.P.
- Folding Pulley: The folding Pulley system is provided to facilitate the use of any tractor to suit its capacity as per the R.P.M. It can also be replaced according to the requirement of the crop concerned
- Belt Tightening Pulley: It is provided to adjust / tighten the belt when it gets loose. Thus the chances of slip can be avoided and the life of the belt is maximized
- Folding Sieve Frame: The sieving net is fitted on a folding Frame to facilitate change of net wherever required
- Drive Joint: Heavy duty new truck joint is used to drive the thrasher smoothly by the P.T.O. shaft of Tractor
- V- Belt: India’s best Fenner V-Belts is used in the Thresher
- Bearings: New & heavy duty Bearings of the standard & reputed companies are used
- Axle, Tyre: Heavy duty Axle with new Bearings as well as rear Tyres of Tractor are used in the Thresher for smooth & trouble free transportation. The tyres, thus, can also be used as spare wheel for the tractor during off-season
- Frame structure: Chassis: 100 x 50 mm strong channels are used. The chassis is durable for years
- Frame: 65X8 mm best quality angles are used in the frame
- Sheets: Major portion of the machine is made up of 2 mm H.R.C (ESSAR MAKE) sheets are used
- Design: The machine design is exclusively for threshing
- Special Facility: This machine can also be used for other crops simply by changing the sieve, concave & pulleys, etc. These accessories are extra and available on order
